Soul Alchemy Cacao can vary in taste, colour and texture between each batch this is because it is a natural product. No purchase will be refunded or replaced if any of these occur within your product.

Please be aware that ceremonial cacao does have a melting point, the product is still safe to consume if it has melted and reformed.
Soul Alchemy is not liable for melted or negatively impacted product due to your storage conditions. (please store in a dark, dry space)
